2015 Cybils Nominations Opening October 1

Did you read some great children’s books this year? If the books were published between October 16, 2014 and October 15, 2015, consider nominating one or more for a Cybils (Children’s and Young Adult Bloggers’ Literary Awards).

Nominations are open October 1, 2015 at 12:00am PST through October 15, 2015.

You don’t have to be a member of a group or have a blog to participate. Simply select your books, go to the Cybils website and check for the nomination forms for the appropriate categories* once they open.

*Cybils nominations and judging are separated by genre and age categories. The descriptions for each category is currently on the Cybils blog. Some categories include:

  • Fiction Picture Books
  • Graphic Novels
  • Poetry
  • Easy Reader/Easy Chapter Books
  • Middle Grade Fiction
  • Elementary/Middle Grade Speculative Fiction
  • Elementary/Middle Grade Nonfiction
  • Young Adult Fiction
  • YA Nonfiction
  • YA Speculative Fiction

Be sure to read the descriptions prior to nominating.
